The first thing to realise if you don't already is that menopause is a natural process. It is part of a womans life.
Yes, it can occur at different times for different women, but that is nature for you.
However, what you can do is to help yourself through menopause as easily as possible. And, if you feel like it, share your ideas, wins and losses with others. Just a simple idea shared with another with the best of intentions, can really help another persons life.
You may find certain things you disagree with. Well ok. You are perfectly entitled to your opinion. It is what helps make the world go round. We are all individuals and all have our own circumstances and situations.
